The article presents the results of modeling the recrystallization of a cold-rolled sheet of 10 grades of automotive steels of various chemical composition. Mathematical models of recrystallization processes in cold-rolled sheets of the studied steels have been developed, which describe with satisfactory accuracy both the kinetics of the process during isothermal annealing and the grain size of recrystallized ferrite. The developed recrystallization model predicts with sufficient accuracy the kinetics of crystallization under conditions of heating at an arbitrary rate and subsequent isothermal exposure, which are used in annealing cold-rolled sheets on industrial production lines. The developed recrystallization model adequately takes into account both the influence of the carbon content and the main alloying elements of substitution (Mn, Si, Nb, Ti) on the kinetics of the process.
